Welcome to AstroKarmaVeda (astrokarmaveda.com), an online Vedic astrology consultation platform owned and operated by Unnati Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at V282, 2nd Floor, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi – 110027, India. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website, the booking of astrological consultations, payment processing, and related advisory services. By browsing our website, reserving an appointment, or utilizing our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

These Terms are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable laws of the Republic of India.

1. Service Overview & Consultations

AstroKarmaVeda provides remote, personalized Vedic astrology consultations based on authentic Jyotish principles. Our services include:

• In-depth Janma Kundli (birth chart) interpretation, planetary strengths, and ascendant analysis;
• Vimshottari Dasha timing, transit (Gochara) evaluation, and planetary cycle assessment;
• Specialized life-guidance readings covering career, profession, love, marriage compatibility, business, wealth, and family circumstances;
• Traditional, ethical Vedic remedial suggestions (Upayas) focused on clarity, mindfulness, and practical alignment; and
• Private, one-to-one video consultations conducted via secure digital platforms (Zoom or Google Meet).

2. Consultation Packages & Pricing

Consultations are scheduled under distinct session formats designed to address specific needs:

• Essential Consultation (30 Minutes) — ₹1,499: A focused 30-minute reading suitable for addressing one or two direct questions, birth chart verification, and targeted remedial direction.
• Complete Consultation (60 Minutes) — ₹2,499: A comprehensive 60-minute in-depth session covering multiple dimensions of life, including detailed D1, D9 Navamsha chart review, Mahadasha timing, and comprehensive life guidance.
• Detailed Birth Chart Consultation (90 Minutes) — ₹3,999: An exhaustive 90-minute master consultation involving deep divisional chart analysis, lifelong themes, major transitions, and an individualized remedial roadmap.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹). We reserve the right to amend consultation fees at any time, provided that fee changes will not apply to appointments already confirmed and paid.

3. Payments & Razorpay Integration

To confirm and secure your consultation slot with our astrologer, 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

• Payment Gateway: All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), our authorized payment gateway partner in India.
• Payment Methods: Through Razorpay, we accept Unified Payments Interface (UPI including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking across major Indian banks, Domestic Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and authorized digital wallets.
• Financial Data Security: AstroKarmaVeda does not collect, capture, or store sensitive payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords on its servers. All transactions are encrypted via industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols and processed through Razorpay in full compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) directives on digital payments and tokenization.

4. Client Information & Accuracy

Astrological charts are calculated using precise mathematical models dependent on the data you provide. You agree to supply accurate birth information (exact date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth) when booking. AstroKarmaVeda and its consultants are not responsible for inaccurate readings arising from erroneous birth information submitted by the client.

Minors: Consultations for individuals under the age of 18 years must be booked and attended by a parent or legal guardian who possesses legal authority to consent on the minor's behalf in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable laws.

5. Consultation Delivery, Attendance & Astrologer Availability

Consultations are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet. Meeting invitation links are communicated via email and/or WhatsApp prior to the appointment:

• Punctuality & Late Arrivals: Clients are expected to join the video call punctually at the scheduled time. The astrologer will wait up to 15 minutes in the virtual meeting room. If the client joins within this 15-minute window, the consultation will proceed for the remaining scheduled time only, without extension, to maintain scheduling commitments for subsequent clients.
• Client No-Show: If the client fails to join within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior written notice, the session will be marked as a "No-Show" and is strictly non-refundable.
• Astrologer Cancellation or Unavailability: In the rare event that an assigned astrologer is unavailable or must cancel due to technical issues, medical emergencies, or unforeseen operational circumstances, AstroKarmaVeda will notify the client immediately. The client will be offered the choice of:
  • An immediate, priority complimentary rescheduling to a mutually agreeable future date and time; OR
  • A 100% full refund of the fee paid, processed without any deductions.
• Conduct & Recording: Recording of consultations without the astrologer’s explicit consent is prohibited. Both parties agree to maintain mutual professional respect and confidentiality throughout the consultation.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

All requests for appointment cancellation, rescheduling, or refunds are governed strictly by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In brief summary:

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice: Eligible for a refund, subject to deduction of actual payment gateway processing charges (Razorpay/banking network fees), or a full refund where statutory provisions apply.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: Non-refundable due to reserved astrologer scheduling and preliminary chart preparation time, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
• Rescheduling: One (1) complimentary rescheduling is permitted per booking if requested at least 24 hours prior to the session, subject to slot availability. If a suitable slot cannot be agreed upon, the booking will be handled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website, including texts, emblems, branding, illustrations, graphics, software code, and written reports, are the intellectual property of Unnati Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content without prior written authorization.

8. Nature of Advice & Statutory Disclaimer

Vedic astrology is an interpretive system of traditional knowledge. All readings, forecasts, and remedies are offered exclusively for guidance, self-reflection, and personal insight. Astrological consultations do not constitute and must never replace licensed medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial professional counsel. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Unnati Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd., AstroKarmaVeda, its directors, employees, and astrologers shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from reliance on any astrological interpretation. Our maximum aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific consultation in question.

Statutory Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude, limit, or restrict any statutory rights, warranties, or remedies guaranteed to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or any other mandatory legal provision that cannot be excluded or limited by contract under Indian law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services, the parties agree to seek amicable resolution through good-faith discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
